Week 1 — Choose your direction
Define the service you want to offer, choose a profitable niche and understand how to position yourself in the Dubai market. By the end of the week, you'll know who you want to work with, what service you're offering, and how to describe what you do confidently.
Week 2 — Build proof before you have clients
Build your portfolio or concept proof, sample content and strategy examples, your packages and pricing, and the documents you need before approaching clients — something credible to show instead of saying "I'm new, but trust me."
Week 3 — Start targeted client conversations
Learn targeted Instagram outreach, warm networking and referral methods, value-led messaging, follow-up systems and scripts for moving interest into a call. The goal isn't messaging hundreds of random businesses — it's consistently speaking to the right ones with a clear reason to reach out.
Week 4 — Turn interest into a paying client
Manage enquiries, run a professional sales call, present your service as a monthly retainer, handle objections, send proposals and onboard your first client properly.
Some students move faster and others need longer around full-time work. The roadmap is here to remove confusion and get you implementing from the beginning, rather than waiting until every lesson is complete.

How much time do I need each week?
The course is paced around the cohort, with weekly live calls to keep everyone together. A few focused hours per week alongside the live sessions is all you need.
