1. Who controls your information
JH Marketing Services FZE, licensed in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for personal information collected through this website and in connection with The Dubai SMM Blueprint and the online training we offer to individual learners.

2. Information we collect
- name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number and other contact details you provide;
- purchase, order, payment-plan and enrolment information;
- support messages, course enquiries and communications;
- technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed and cookie or analytics identifiers; and
- course-use information where provided by the learning or delivery platform.
We do not intentionally collect full payment-card details on our own servers. Card details are handled by the relevant payment processor.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to process individual course purchases and enrolments, deliver lessons and course access, provide student support, communicate service updates, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, improve the website and course experience, measure marketing performance, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Payments and service providers
We may share the information necessary to provide the service with processors and platforms used for payments, website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, video hosting, email/communications and course delivery.
This website currently uses services that may include Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Wistia. Where Tabby, Tamara or another payment option is offered and selected, information required to process that transaction may also be shared with that provider under its own privacy terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics and advertising measurement. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity may set or read identifiers in your browser. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some site functions may be affected.

Where you provide your details for a free training, masterclass or course enquiry, we may send information connected with that request and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
