1. About us

The Dubai SMM Blueprint (the “Course”) and this website are operated by JH Marketing Services FZE, a company licensed in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please also read our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. What you are purchasing

The Course is an online digital education programme sold directly to individual learners for their own skills and professional development. It covers social media management, freelance service development and client acquisition, and includes pre-recorded course materials, templates, resources and the support features described on the sales page at the time you purchase. The Course is not a marketing service delivered to a company or organisation.

The Course is educational in nature. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment or immigration advice.

3. Price and payment options

The current promotional pay-in-full price displayed on the website is AED 5,999, against a stated standard price of AED 7,499. Where an instalment option is shown, the exact total and payment dates are displayed before payment is confirmed.

• Pay in full: AED 5,999 at enrolment.
• Secure Your Seat: AED 999 at enrolment plus AED 5,000 on 2 October 2026, where that option is shown at checkout.
• Pay in 3: three monthly payments of AED 2,000 (AED 6,000 total), where that option is shown at checkout.

An instalment arrangement is a payment schedule for one Course purchase, not a cancellable monthly subscription. If Tabby, Tamara or another third-party payment provider is offered, that provider's customer terms also apply to the financing arrangement.

4. Digital access and delivery

Course access is delivered digitally. Pay-in-full and eligible instalment customers receive access following successful payment and enrolment, subject to any clearly stated intake or access condition shown at checkout. A deposit-only option may reserve a place while full course access remains subject to payment of the stated balance.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for maintaining a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

Because this is a digital education product and access may be provided immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been issued or digital content has been accessed, except where a refund, replacement, re-performance or other remedy is required under applicable UAE law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right.

6. Failed or overdue payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to bring the account up to date. Course or community access may be suspended while an amount remains overdue. Any recovery action will be subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant payment provider.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Course videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, recordings and resources are owned by or licensed to JH Marketing Services FZE and are provided to the individual purchaser for their personal educational and professional-development use only.

You must not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share login credentials, upload course materials to another platform, or use the materials to create a substantially competing training product without our written permission.

8. Account and community conduct

Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, harassment, unauthorised sharing of course materials or material disruption of the Course community, subject to applicable law.

9. Educational nature and results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific income, number of clients, revenue level, employment outcome or business result. Testimonials, screenshots and case studies describe individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

Your results depend on factors including your effort, implementation, skills, market conditions, pricing, offer and demand.

10. Course updates and availability

We may reasonably update or improve course materials, resources, schedules or delivery methods. If a material change affects an active student's purchased access, we will communicate it through the contact details provided at enrolment.

11. Privacy and payment processing

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Card information is handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by this website. Where a third-party payment provider is selected, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

12. Electronic acceptance and records

Your completion of checkout, payment and electronic acceptance of these Terms may form part of the record of your enrolment. We may retain transaction and acceptance records for legitimate business, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance purposes.

13. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts or authorities in the UAE unless applicable law requires otherwise.
