1. About Us

The Dubai SMM Blueprint is a course operated by Plump Marketing Ltd. By purchasing access to the course, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Payment & Deposit

Access to The Dubai SMM Blueprint requires payment of the full course fee of AED 5,499, which may be paid in two instalments:

• A deposit of AED 1,999 due at the time of enrolment to secure your place
• A balance payment of AED 3,500 due by 2nd May 2026

Your place on the course is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Payment of the balance is required to receive full access to course materials, the live Q&A calls, the private community, and all included resources.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made to Plump Marketing Ltd are non-refundable.

By completing payment of the deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The deposit of AED 1,999 is non-refundable under any circumstances
• The balance payment of AED 3,500, once made, is also non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the course
• No refunds will be issued if you fail to access or engage with the course materials

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content within The Dubai SMM Blueprint — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, guides, and resources — is the intellectual property of Plump Marketing Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

By purchasing access, you agree that you will not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any course content in any form
• Share your login credentials or provide access to any third party
• Record, screenshot, or copy any course materials for distribution
• Use any course content for commercial purposes other than implementing the strategies for your own business
• Upload or share any course materials on any platform, including social media, file sharing sites, or messaging apps

5. Live Q&A Calls

Weekly live Q&A calls with Jess are included as part of the course. You agree that:

• Live calls may not be recorded by participants in any form
• Any recordings made available by Plump Marketing Ltd are for enrolled students only and may not be shared
• Call schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice

6. Course Access

Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. Access to the course platform, community, and all resources is granted to the individual who purchased the course only.

Plump Marketing Ltd reserves the right to terminate access without refund if these terms are breached.

7. Results Disclaimer

The Dubai SMM Blueprint provides education and information based on the experience of Jess and Plump Marketing Ltd. Results are not guaranteed.

Any income figures, testimonials, or case studies shared are illustrative of what is possible and reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions. Plump Marketing Ltd makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.

8. Changes to the Course

Plump Marketing Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, or modify course content, schedules, and delivery methods at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of The Dubai SMM Blueprint shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
